Delete PCI Claim
CareRight allows same-day deleting of PCI Claims.
Step 1 claim must be sent by clicking the Patient Claims Interactive button
Step 2 claim must have successfully been accepted by Medicare and have a Statement of Claim from Medicare.
NOTE: if the claim has a Lodgement Advice instead of a Statement of Claim then you cannot issue the same day delete. Lodgement of Claim Simply means manual intervention needed from Medicare before we act on this PCI claim. |
Step 3 - Issue the Same day delete on the claim by selecting a reason from the dropdown and clicking the Delete Patient Claim Request button.
Step 4 - If the Same Day Delete request was successful claim can be sent again. If it was not then communication with Medicare will be necessary.
