Patient Portal

This is also known as a Patient Interactive Module (PIM) which enables Assessments to be shared directly from CareRight via email or SMS with patients. A simple click to Share the Assessment via Email or SMS will sent a message with a secure link to the patient. Once the patient has completed and submit the form, this will be saved straight to their patient record under Assessment and all relevant fields will be automatically updated i.e Mobile number or Middle name etc.
